             Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
            
            The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023. 
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

            This is the new website for the Cliffs At Lake Belton HOA. This website will be where all official announcements such as Board meetings, annual meetings, and other news and information about the HOA is posted.
Governing documents are available from the link above; the contacts page tells you how to get in touch with the HOA, and if you wish to sign up for ACH withdrawals or submit an ACC request, the forms can be obtained at the links to the left. 
Owners may get a personal login by contacting our office. HOA financials, account information, and more are available to owners only through their personal logins.
